Our villa sleeps up to 10 people with 4 beds and 3 bathrooms.
All prices quoted are per week (7 nights) not per person.

Pool Heating (advisable during Dec, Jan, Feb) is $140 USD payable locally per week.

Optional jacuzzi heating is $60 USD per week.

Minimum stay is for 3 nights but a discount will be considered for stays of 3 or more weeks.

Deposit is £125 STG / $200 USD per booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

A security bond of $300 USD is payable locally on arrival and will be held against loss or damage. This will be fully refunded within two weeks of vacating the villa after a satisfactory check and return of keys.

CANCELLATION POLICY

40+ days before arrival:- only deposit kept
30-40 days before arrival:- 40% of balance kept
20-30 days before arrival:- 60% of balance kept
0-20 days before arrival:- 100% of balance is kept
