How to Book
Step 1 - Check that the dates you wish to book are available. You can do this by accessing the on-line calendar or by contacting us. To contact us click here.
Step 2 - Contact us by email or via the booking form below to make a provisional reservation. We will give you a date by which your deposit should reach us.
Step 3 - Print off the STG or USD booking form, fill in all the details, sign it as per the instructions on the relevant booking form and confirm by e-mail that it has been sent. If your booking is more than 8 weeks away you should enclose a deposit of £125 STG/ $200 USD. If your booking is less than 8 weeks away you should enclose the full amount due. Note: If you use the electronic Booking Form below you will be given the option to pay your deposit using your Credit Card via the PayPal portal. An addtional surcharge of 3.5% will be added when paying your deposit by Credit Card.
Step 4 - When we have received your booking form and deposit your booking is confirmed. We will send you confirmation of your booking, a receipt for your payment and details of your final payment if your booking is more than 8 weeks away.
Step 5 - We will send you information about the villa and the surrounding area, along with contact details of our management company, and directions to the villa approximately two weeks before your arrival.
IMPORTANT:Telephone/E-Mail/Online bookings will be held for 5 days pending receipt of deposit and completed booking form.
BALANCE PAYMENTS: If you wish to settle your balance using PayPal on a booking already made please complete the form below as you did when you first booked, entering 'Balance Payment' in the Other Information Box. Upon submitting you will be given the opportunity to enter the value of your balance in either US Dollars or UK Pounds and submit payment by PayPal. Please remember to add the addtional surcharge of 3.5% for PayPal payments to your balance payment.
